HMC Ltd. was incorporated in 2008, and is headed by Henry Morris. This built on Henry’s prior retail banking career, with managerial roles at Capital One, Barclaycard-Providian and Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Henry’s consultancy positions have spanned Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Telecoms, Retail, Manufacturing and the Energy sector, bringing analytical, programme-management and compliance acumen to bear on a variety of client operations, operational strategy and data privacy problems. 

He has assisted clients in the UK, Switzerland, Ukraine and South Africa.

Since 2017 HMC Ltd.’s focus has been on Data Privacy compliance and the business has helped a variety of clients, both multi-national and smaller, to work towards and meet their GDPR and other Data Privacy obligations. 

HMC is pleased to advise clients on data privacy under GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other major emerging legislations.
